Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs.
- Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale (POS) with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
