Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client experiences through product knowledge and styling expertise
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and relationship building
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards for brand presentation
- Process transactions accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Develop and maintain client book for repeat business referrals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
