Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to assess their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to drive sales and achieve monthly quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving market share in the Lincoln area.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by business needs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
