Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous customer service to all shoppers.
- Greet customers immediately and offer assistance in a friendly, professional manner.
- Assist customers in locating and selecting products that meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to ensure an inviting shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and respond effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
