Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their specific needs and recommend the best products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
