- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize the customer transaction value.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
