Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a top-tier shopping experience.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing displays and keeping the store clean and inviting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed in a sales environment.
