Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Manage inventory levels, organize stockrooms, and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle returns or exchanges.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
