- Greet & Engage: Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and provide an exceptional in-store experience.
- Sales Execution: Utilize product knowledge to demonstrate features and benefits, effectively closing sales and meeting daily targets.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and adapt to changing priorities during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
