Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present product solutions and demonstrate value propositions effectively to drive revenue.
- Close deals and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Update client data accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (recent grads with high energy considered).
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
