Responsibilities
- Drive sales and exceed monthly and quarterly targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship building.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to potential clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions, forecast revenue, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and execute strategic outreach campaigns.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product inventory and market trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in retail sales, customer service, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting and consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and consultative sales approach.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-energy, fast-paced team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
