Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Drive store sales performance by actively promoting promotions, upselling, and cross-selling products.
- Ensure a welcoming and organized store environment that reflects our brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
