Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized product consultations to drive sales conversions
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining transaction accuracy
- Process returns, exchanges, and inventory adjustments per company policy
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Participate in product knowledge workshops and sales training
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems (training provided)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
