Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service using provided tablets, demo equipment, and inventory systems
- Meet sales targets by leveraging our digital tools and product showcases
- Operate POS systems and manage inventory using provided tablets
- Train customers on product features using demonstration equipment
- Collaborate with team members using provided communication tools
- Process transactions and handle returns using company-provided devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with technology (we provide all equipment)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport if required)
- Passion for learning new products and technologies
