Responsibilities
- Utilize company-provided tablets and demo equipment to showcase product features to customers
- Drive sales through personalized consultations and solution-based selling
- Operate point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools provided by the company
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in product training sessions to master equipment functionalities
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor using provided merchandising tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in retail or customer service roles
- Comfortable using technology (tablets, POS systems) with minimal training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
