Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting outdoor equipment and apparel
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Operate and maintain provided demo equipment for customer trials
- Build product knowledge through continuous training on new gear
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Participate in seasonal promotions and events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Passion for outdoor activities and gear
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate provided demo equipment (e.g., tents, sleeping bags)
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- 18+ years of age
