Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating and selling premium outdoor/fitness equipment
- Utilize company-provided tablets and sales tools to process transactions and manage inventory
- Participate in seasonal product training to maintain expertise on new equipment lines
- Organize and maintain visually appealing displays using provided merchandising materials
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and building client relationships
- Assist with inventory management using provided handheld scanners
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Passion for outdoor activities or fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
