Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service using provided tablets and demo equipment
- Meet/exceed sales targets through personalized product demonstrations
- Operate POS systems and inventory tools provided by the company
- Process returns/exchanges using company-issued mobile devices
- Participate in inventory management with provided scanning equipment
- Train on new products using provided demo kits and VR headsets
- Maintain store presentation with provided merchandising tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 1+ years retail/sales experience with tech equipment
- Proficient with company-provided tablets and POS systems
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Passion for learning new technologies and products
