Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while showcasing our premium outdoor equipment lineup
- Operate POS systems and process transactions with accuracy
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on equipment features
- Maintain pristine store appearance and organized inventory
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and restocking procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years retail or sales experience
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tracking
- Willingness to work flexible weekends/holidays
