- Deliver outstanding customer service while promoting premium outdoor equipment
- Operate provided point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools
- Drive sales through product demonstrations and solution-based recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards using company-provided displays
- Process returns/exchanges accurately using provided equipment
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Proficient with technology (training provided on company systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate provided sales tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment demos)
- Passion for outdoor recreation products
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
