Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating and selling industrial/construction equipment
- Manage inventory, product displays, and showroom presentation
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with technical team to provide product demonstrations
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail or B2B sales experience required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical/construction equipment preferred
- Proficiency in CRM and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
