Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating premium outdoor equipment
- Utilize provided tablets to process sales and manage inventory
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets through personalized product recommendations
- Operate store equipment including POS systems and demo stations
- Participate in visual merchandising campaigns using supplied materials
- Train on new equipment lines using company-provided resources
- Contribute to inventory management with provided scanning tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience
- Proficiency with provided tablets and sales technology
- Valid driver's license for equipment demonstrations
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Strong product knowledge in outdoor/sporting goods preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 40 lbs with provided equipment assistance
- Background check required for equipment access
