Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service using company-provided tablets and demo equipment
- Meet/exceed sales targets through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Operate POS systems and inventory management tools provided by the company
- Present and demonstrate products using provided demo kits and displays
- Participate in team training sessions to master product features and sales techniques
- Maintain store presentation standards using company-provided visual merchandising tools
- Track sales performance using company-provided analytics platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Proficient with company-provided digital tools and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport if required)
- Basic math skills for inventory and transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to workplace
- Pass background check and equipment training certification
