Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience with tech/outdoor gear
- Ability to master complex equipment with minimal training
- Proven track record in customer relationship building
- Strong communication skills with diverse clientele
- Comfortable using provided digital sales platforms
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license for equipment demos
