Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service using provided demo equipment and tablets
- Meet/exceed sales targets through product demonstrations and consultative selling
- Operate provided tablets to process transactions, track inventory, and manage CRM data
- Utilize company-branded merchandise and displays to enhance product visibility
- Train on and maintain all provided equipment per company standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental sales goals
- Attend product training sessions to master new equipment offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail/sales experience with equipment handling
- Proficiency with tablets and sales software (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory and transaction management
