Responsibilities
- Drive sales through exceptional product demonstrations using company-provided equipment
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets
- Operate point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools efficiently
- Present product solutions using provided demo kits and digital tools
- Participate in team training sessions to master new equipment and products
- Track sales performance using company-provided analytics platforms
- Contribute to store visual standards using provided merchandising equipment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with sales technology and digital tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate company-provided equipment (tablets, POS systems, demo kits)
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven sales aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport if required)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
