Responsibilities
- Utilize company-provided tablets and demo equipment to showcase products and process transactions
- Exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques and product demonstrations
- Build lasting customer relationships using CRM systems and digital tools
- Operate and maintain provided retail equipment including POS systems and inventory scanners
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and merchandising
- Participate in training sessions to master new products and technologies
- Contribute to store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail or sales experience with tech/equipment focus
- Proficiency with mobile devices and sales software (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
