Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while showcasing premium equipment through guided demonstrations
- Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging our provided inventory management systems
- Operate point-of-sale equipment and process transactions accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards using company-provided tools and displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales objectives
- Participate in product training sessions to master equipment features and benefits
- Contribute to inventory management using provided digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience or strong customer service background preferred
- Ability to operate provided tablets and sales technology tools
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment demonstrations)
- Physical ability to handle provided merchandise (up to 50 lbs)
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts as per company schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
