Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and attentive assistance
- Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and effectively communicating value propositions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and build customer loyalty programs
- Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and store maintenance
- Attend product training sessions to maintain expertise on new arrivals and features
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic math skills for transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
