Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining brand standards
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Manage inventory control, including stock counts and merchandise display rotations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate in store visual merchandising and promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service role
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations
