Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service through consultative selling techniques
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas while building lasting client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team to achieve departmental sales goals and brand objectives
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on new collections
- Uphold brand standards in store appearance and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
