Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultation
- Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through strategic upselling
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and manage inventory accurately
- Visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and attractive displays
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
