Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, sizing assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by utilizing upselling techniques and achieving/exceeding daily/monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive and organized store environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise on current collections and promotions
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred
- 1+ years retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong product knowledge and quick learning ability for new merchandise lines
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic retail software
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude with resilience in handling high-volume customer interactions
