Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the sales floor, ensuring products are organized and displays are appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to retain loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
Qualifications
