- Actively participate in product training and sales coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic technology
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
