Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to match products with client needs
- Consistently achieve/exceed individual and team sales targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and promotions
- Participate in product knowledge training to maintain expertise on offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic proficiency in Spanish highly desirable for Newark market
