Responsibilities

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through product knowledge and upselling

- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Participate in product training to maintain expertise on current collections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Proficiency with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
