Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining store visual standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Build strong client relationships through follow-up and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide objectives and promotions
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Participate in product training to maintain expertise across merchandise categories
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site deliveries
- Spanish fluency highly preferred for diverse clientele
