Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and attentive assistance
- Drive sales growth by actively engaging customers, identifying needs, and closing transactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling and inventory records
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales targets and operational excellence
- Participate in product knowledge training to confidently represent our diverse merchandise portfolio
- Uphold company policies on loss prevention, safety protocols, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in previous roles
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Valid driver's license may be required for store-to-store transfers
