Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and style consultations
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily and monthly targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy
- Maintain visually stunning store displays and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with brand standards
- Execute inventory management tasks including stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and peak customer flow
- Participate in seasonal promotions and events to maximize store visibility and engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong product knowledge in fashion/apparel retail with ability to learn new collections rapidly
- Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify) and basic inventory management software

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store events
