Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales floor presentation
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Collaborate with team to achieve departmental and store goals
- Participate in inventory management and visual merchandising
- Actively identify customer needs and resolve service issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
