Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solutions
- Actively drive sales through upselling techniques and product knowledge mastery
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Manage inventory, stock displays, and ensure visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Proven track record in meeting sales goals
- Valid driver's license (if required for store deliveries)
