Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a consultative manner to identify needs and recommend appropriate products, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques and relationship building.
- Maintain a pristine and organized showroom environment, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met at all times.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, including handling returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base by following up on leads and managing customer relationships via CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute promotional events and drive store traffic.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a related customer service field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
