Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining store visual standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Execute inventory management tasks including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and store goals
- Participate in visual merchandising and promotional displays

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience required
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals in a commission-based environment
