Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately while maintaining 100% cash handling accountability
- Conduct product knowledge training sessions to ensure team expertise across all brands
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell opportunities and optimize inventory allocation
- Collaborate with visual team to execute seasonal floor plans and promotional campaigns
- Maintain pristine store appearance through daily operational standards execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-end retail or luxury sales experience required
- Proven track record of exceeding monthly sales quotas (120%+ achievement preferred)
- Expertise in CRM systems (Shopify, Square) and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse demographics
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday peak periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record for store errands
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred for bilingual customer base
- Visual merchandising certification or equivalent experience
