Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to maximize sales conversion and satisfaction
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and digital transactions
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing product displays in accordance with brand standards
- Actively identify upsell opportunities and achieve/exceed monthly sales targets
- Process inventory shipments, stock shelves, and conduct cycle counts
- Build lasting customer relationships through product knowledge and follow-up communication
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math aptitude
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional store errands
