Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product demonstrations, sizing assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to ensure displays reflect current promotions and brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization
- Actively participate in product knowledge training to stay current on merchandise features
- Support loss prevention protocols by monitoring sales floor and reporting suspicious activity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
