Responsibilities
- Build lasting customer relationships through consultative selling and product expertise

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, electronics, or home goods
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
