Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling techniques and product knowledge
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Visual merchandising to create compelling in-store displays and optimize product placement

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of retail/sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and building customer loyalty

- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holiday seasons
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation for store events
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
