Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Drive sales by achieving daily/weekly targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting store environment
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Participate in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Stay current on product knowledge to effectively communicate brand values
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for POS operations
- Proficiency in retail technology systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
